    "content": "Shipping Last updated 12 August 2026. Where we deliver We deliver right across the United States, to all fifty states. What delivery costs Delivery is free on orders of $50 or more. Below that, a flat $22 delivery charge applies. The charge is shown in your basket before you pay, so there is nothing added at the last step. Every order is sent using tracked standard delivery. Delivery is free on orders of $50 or more and otherwise costs $22. How long it takes Orders are handled and packed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 days. Allow about a week from placing your order to it arriving. Tracking Every order is sent tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped, which is normally 24 to 48 hours after you order. We do not receive a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send you before then. Once you have your tracking number you can follow the parcel on our track your parcel page. Separate parcels For practical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If you have received part of an order and are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you.     "content": "Refunds & Returns Last updated 24 August 2026. If you are not happy with what you bought, we would rather sort it out than leave it. Email theteam@nfthydroponics.net and we will answer, usually within 24 hours. Cancelling an order You can cancel any order up until it ships. Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed, so if you need to change or cancel one, contact us within 12 hours and we will have the best chance of catching it. There is no cancellation, service or processing fee if we can stop the order before dispatch. Once packing and shipping have started, an order can no longer be cancelled. At that point it becomes a return, which is covered below. Returning an item within 14 days As our voluntary store policy, you can tell us within 14 days of delivery that you want to return a product for an exchange or refund. To be eligible: you contacted us within 14 days of delivery it is in its original packaging you have the receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase from this site We cannot accept returns of items bought from a third-party retailer. Anything that does not meet the conditions above cannot be accepted for return. Returns where you have changed your mind Where you are returning an item for one of these reasons: you found a better price you changed your mind it does not fit you no longer need it you ordered the wrong item there is no cancellation, restocking, service, packing or handling fee. You pay the cost of shipping the item back to the return address we provide. Damaged, incorrect, or never arrived These are different. We will arrange the return or reimburse reasonable return shipping, and no fee applies. If your item arrives damaged or with parts missing, if you receive something other than what you ordered, or if your order does not arrive at all, tell us as soon as you notice and we will deal with it directly. How a refund is paid Refunds are processed 24 to 48 hours after your returned item reaches us. The money goes back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. If you would rather hold it as credit against a future order, say so and we will do that instead. Nothing here is made to order Every product we sell is a stock item. The hydroponic systems, the grow lights, the grow tents and the seed trays are all supplied as manufactured. Nothing is cut, built or configured to your measurements, so no part of our range is excluded from the terms on this page. Your statutory rights The FTC Cooling-Off Rule does not create a general cancellation period for a purchase made entirely online. The 14-day change-of-mind period above is therefore our own promise, not a statement of a federal cooling-off right.
